These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the FoodieLovers website, as well as the purchases made through it.

Object

The website allows the purchase of gourmet food products.

Purchase Process

The user selects the products, adds them to the shopping cart and completes the payment process. Before finalising the purchase, the shipping costs and the total amount are displayed.

Prices and taxes

All prices include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated on the net order amount before VAT.

Shipping

Deliveries are made to the countries indicated in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are approximate.

Returns

Food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Only incidents reported within 48 hours of delivery will be processed.

User responsibility

The user guarantees that the data provided are truthful and undertakes to use the website appropriately.

Limitation of liability

FoodieLovers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website or from causes beyond its control.
